Future-Proofing A Healthtech Brand Refresh

Numan began as an online pharmacy but has since evolved into a comprehensive healthtech brand focused on maximizing men’s health. With its expanded offering—spanning diagnostics, clinical services, and behavioral health coaching—the brand needed to reflect this sophistication while broadening its appeal to new audiences, including women. The challenge was to expand Numan’s visual storytelling with fresh imagery, digital assets, and an interactive customer journey that could unify its ecosystem and clearly guide users through their health journeys.

To bring Numan’s offering to life, a digital patient ecosystem was visualized to guide user through their healthcare journey. A suite of lifestyle-focused imagery enabled a shift to the brand’s tone to feel more inclusive and approachable while remaining grounded and in its clinical fresh open design. This was framed by using a flexible 8x8 responsive grid system as the foundation for structuring brand elements across applications, ensuring consistency and adaptability.

This enhanced visual storytelling helped the brand resonate with wider audiences, while the flexible design supports future expansion into women’s health and family-focused offerings. This refresh ensured Numan’s brand could grow alongside its ambitions, uniting its ecosystem with a clear, cohesive, and future-proof design.
